About ExpFlow

ExpFlow is a D3TaLES tool that allows researchers to systematically encode their experimental workflow through an intuitive graphical interface. These encoded workflows can be used to standardize experimental practices and extend experiments to robotic platforms.

ExpFlow Workflow

Using ExpFlow involves three simple steps!

  • Build a template that describes your reagent types, apparatus items, and workflow actions.
  • Create an experiment from a template each time you repeat a workflow with different reagents.
  • Run the experiment, recording specific values such as times and weights and uploading datafiles for processing
